    Description

    This is a vintage newspaper called "The Oregon Home Counselor."  It is from March-April, 1938 and the lead article is titled "Base Ball A Character Building Game."  It has 16 pages of articles and advertising, with an emphasis on education and educational institutions.  The back page is an ad for Albany College at Portland, 1230 SW Main St.  It is about 11 & 3/4" by 8 & 5/8" with some bent corners and the tip of the left hand corner torn on the back page.  An interesting old piece, both for those interested in sports and those interested in Portland history.
