    Description

    Zuni Maxx Laate carved this bear family from Baltic amber.  Maxx carved a mama bear and her two cubs in this carving.  The two cubs are tucked close to mama bear, she is standing with one cub under each front leg.    Each has inlaid turquoise cabochon eyes. This carving is 1 1/2" long
    , 1 3/8" tall and 7/8" thick.
    A bear is an animal of strength and introspection.  A bear has the power of the soul.
    Maxx signed the bottom of the base with his hallmark, his first name.
