Brand new and in the box all adult sizes. They fit about a half size smaller than street shoe shoe in the adults, the ladies size 5 will probably fit a girls size 2.5  (if you need me to measure a particular size, let me know.The length on the 5 is 8 inches from the back of the shoe where a heel would go to the front around where the toe would end(it is 8.35 inches if you count the entire length of the shoe), across the widest part it is 3 inches. They fit pretty close to the leading brand.  Rubber sole, pre-arched. These are  soft leather and mesh insert jazz shoes in tan.
